Deadlines and application process

NAPA will only process applications received via the digital application portal. Therefore, you cannot send your application by e-mail.

  • Application deadline on the 15th of every month except July.
  • The application is evaluated by NAPA’s CEO.
  • You will receive the grant in full upon accepting it. You will still need to submit a Final Report no later than 3 months after completing the project.
  • Responses will be sent no later than 2 months after the application has been submitted.

  • You will receive 85% of the full amount upon accepting the grant. The remaining 15% will be transferred after submitting the Final Report.
  • Responses will be sent no later than 2 months after the application has been submitted.

  • The application is evaluated by NAPA’s entire Board of Directors.
  • You will receive 75% of the full amount upon accepting the grant. The remaining 25% will be transferred after submitting the Final Report.
  • Responses will be sent no later than 3 months after the application deadline.

After NAPA has approved your application, a grant approval letter will be sent to “My Page” in the application portal. You can find the granted amount, information about the payment and guidelines for the use of funding in the approval letter.

Your grant will first be paid out after it has been accepted in the portal.
