Deadlines and application process

NAPA processes applications received via the digital application portal. We do not accept applications by e-mail.

  • Application deadline on the 15th of every month except July.
  • The application is evaluated by NAPA’s director.
  • You receive 100% of the grant. You need to submit a final report no later than 3 months after completing the project.
  • Responses are sent no later than two months after the application has been submitted.

  • You receive 85% of the full amount upon accepting the grant. The remaining 15% is transferred after submitting the Final Report.
  • Responses are sent no later than two months after the application has been submitted.
  • Application deadline on February 1 and October 1 in 2025. In 2026 the deadlines will be February 1 and September 1. 
  • The application is evaluated by NAPA’s entire Board of Directors.
  • You receive 75% of the full amount. The remaining 25% is transferred after submitting the Final Report.
  • Responses are sent no later than three months after the application deadline.

After NAPA has approved your application, a grant approval letter is sent to you.
