NAPAs employees

NAPA is a dynamic workplace with office in Katuaq Culture House.

The dynamic comes from the rotation of employees, that happen every four or eight years. This way, there is always new ideas, and new faces at the office.

The dynamic also comes from the fact, that the employees often come from different Nordic regions. In 2021, we had employees from Norway, Denmark, Greenland, and later from Finland as well.
