17 Arctic co-operation projects funded so far

The Nordic Arctic Co-operation Programme, administered by NAPA and Ilisimatusarfik, University of Greenland, has so far granted funding to 17 projects this year with a total amount of 7 mio. DKK.

The Programme aims to promote Nordic co-operation in the Arctic and contribute to increased knowledge about the environment, economy, and social conditions in the region. To receive funding, partners across the Arctic and Nordic Region must present projects to improve the Arctic region focusing on:

The planet / environment (PLANET)
Human life (PEOPLES)
Growth and prosperity (PROSPERITY)

In addition, this development needs to be facilitated through collaborations and partnerships. (PARTNERSHIPS)

So far, the following projects have been approved for funding from the Nordic Arctic Co-operation Programme this year:
