What to include in the application?
- Project description which shows how the project lives up to the criteria (max. 5 pages)
- Budget
- The project must have a detailed budget of expenses and income, including co-financing and self-financing.
- Overhead is only covered in special cases in the Nordic Arctic Co-operation Programme, and may not exceed 10% of the funds raised. Salaries may not exceed 50% of the funds raised.
- Project timeline
- The application must include a detailed schedule.
- CV for all project partners/group or institution leaders in case of large organizations
- Cooperation agreements with partners with relevant competence
- Plan for how the project will be spread in the Nordic countries
- The application must contain a detailed communication and dissemination plan (max. 1 page)
