What to include in the application?

The Nordic Arctic Programme has certain requirements to the content of your application. Make sure to include all parts. They will all be used in assessing your application: 

 

  • Project description which shows how the project lives up to the criteria.  
    Clearly describe the purpose and target group of your project. In the project description you articulate what you want to achieve with the project. You also explain what change you want your project to create.  

Note: Maximum 5 pages. 

 

  • Budget, gives a clear overview of all expected expenses in your project. You also write your expected income, including self-finance. 

Note: Overhead may not exceed 10% of the funds raised. Salaries may not exceed 50% of the funds raised.  

 

  • Co-operation, and project members, present the participating parties, and explain why exactly these are in the project.  

CV for all project partners/group or institution leaders in case of large organizations.  

Cooperation agreements with partners with relevant competences. 

 

  • Timeline, is a timeline over your project trajectory. When do you expect your project to begin, and when does it end. When do you plan to do what.
     

 

If you receive a grant 

75 % of the granted money are paid when the project begins and 25 % are paid after the project has ended, and you have sent in the final project report.
