Reporting

When your project is completed you must report the project to Nordic Arctic Programme. 

The report is uploaded in the application program no later than 3 months after project completion. In the report you inform about the effect of the project and the attained results. Last installment of the funds is paid after receiving the report. 

 

You are welcome to use NAPA’s reporting templates or write a free-form report:

 

 

Grant receiver can use NAPA’s templates or write their own report.  

 

The report must contain the following: 

 

  • Criteria of the program, and how they were met
  • Cooperation in the Nordic, and how you did it
  • Documentation of processes, effect, and results
  • Account of money spent
  • Overview of how the project was communicated/spread throughout the Nordic and Arctic regions
