Reporting
When your project period is completed you must report the project to Nordic Arctic Programme.
The report is uploaded in the application program no later than 3 months after project completion. In the report you inform about the effect of the project, the attained results and as well as the financial statements. Last installment of the funding is paid after receiving the report.
The report must contain the following:
- Criteria of the program, and how they were met
- Cooperation in the Nordic, and how you did it
- Documentation of processes, effect, and results
- Account of money spent
- Overview of how the project was communicated throughout the Nordic and Arctic regions
