Strengthen your creative business and gain international networks Creative Business Academy Greenland – International weekend

From April 26 to 28, NAPA’s Creative Business Academy will hold an international event for the creative entrepreneurs, companies and individuals in Greenland. The purpose of the weekend is to give everyone who works or collaborates within the creative sector stronger international networks and better opportunity internationalization strategies, business development.

We have invited a number of international guests to three days of workshops and individual meetings. You can get sparring from international mentors and entrepreneurs from east and west – the USA, Canada and of course also from the Nordics. Through 1:1 sessions, networking and meetings, you can gain new perspectives to develop your creative business on the international stage. Write to NAPA at napa@napa.gl to hear more about the Creative Business Academy – International weekend.

Participation in this event is free for all creatives, but event registration is required. In special cases, NAPA can provide travel support for those who are outside Nuuk. If you want to register, we will ask you to write who you are and briefly tell us what your needs are.

Mentors and other guests from different countries will be present during the weekend to share their insights on business development. NAPA works actively to ensure participation from consulates, embassies and representatives in North America and Canada.

This event is part of the Creative Business Academy Greenland, an initiative of NAPA that focuses on activities that combine economic and cultural sustainability. Greenland has a rich cultural life with international potential in both music, performing arts, fashion, film and much more. The strengths of the culture allow for new business opportunities. But in order to fulfill this, the cultural and creative entrepreneurs in Greenland must have access to professional sparring, international networks and markets, better knowledge of personal branding, use of media, copyright and much more. The weekend’s event will help meet these needs and strengthen the creative sector in Greenland.

Sponsors: The Bank of Greenland, the Greenland Self-Government Tips and Lottery funds, British Embassy Copenhagen and Sermersooq Municipality – Business.
