Contribute to Arctic perspectives being made visible and recognized throughout the Nordic region by:
Communicating and facilitating Nordic co-operation with Arctic perspectives
Building Nordic trust through work with language, culture and identity
Cultivating an accessible and engaging cultural life
Creating close collaborations with civil society, artists and artists' associations throughout the Nordic region, local and Nordic business, political actors, local and Nordic cultural institutions
Work towards more Greenlandic actors applying for and receiving funding from support programs in the Nordic region by:
Informing about the possibilities
Being in dialogue with the target group
Contributing to building a common Nordic network
Activating and stimulating young people in Greenland to take an active part in cultural production and communication
NAPA's Cultural Support Programme
NAPA supports projects that are a creative collaboration between Nordic or Arctic actors meeting one or more of the following criteria:
Engages and involves children and young people
Are sustainable in an environmental, social and / or competitive perspective
Promotes Arctic perspectives throughout the Nordic region
