NAPA is a dynamic workplace with its office in the Culture Center, Katuaq.

The dynamic comes from the circulation of employees that happens every fourth or eight year, which in turn means that, there is never a shortage of new ideas, or faces at the office.

The dynamic is also from the fact that, more often than not, the employees come from a variety of Nordic countries. In 2021, we had employees from Norway, Denmark, Greenland, and later from Finland as well.
