improved<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>During election campaigns, candidates repeatedly highlight the importance of cultural practitioners and artists in society and promise to improve the working conditions for them.<\/p>\n<p>But it is not so easy to accomplish those goals once you have been elected, says Naalakkersuisoq for Culture, Peter Olsen.
