Du l\u00e6rer at arbejde enkelt og professionelt med lokale r\u00e5varer, styrke smag og pr\u00e6sentation og skabe m\u00e5ltider, der samler mennesker.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ef078bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7ef078bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Workshoppen er en del af fejringen af Nordens Dag, hvor NAPA og New Arctic Kitchen s\u00e6tter fokus p\u00e5 mad og de f\u00e6llesskaber vi danner omkring maden. Workshoppen vil v\u00e6re delt p\u00e5 d. 22. og 22. marts og deltagerne p\u00e5 workshoppen ender med at servere smagspr\u00f8ver for Nuuks befolkning i Katuaq om eftermiddagen og aftenen d. 23. marts.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Workshoppen er m\u00e5lrettet dig i turismesektoren eller som gerne vil lave mad til f\u00e6llesskaber, og som vil pr\u00e6sentere gr\u00f8nlandsk mad p\u00e5 et h\u00f8jt gastronomisk niveau \u2013 uden at det bliver kompliceret. Du beh\u00f8ver ikke v\u00e6re kok eller have s\u00e6rlige foruds\u00e6tninger. Det handler om at l\u00e6re at lave virkelig god mad med enkle greb, tydelig smag og respekt for r\u00e5varerne. Du bliver guidet af tre erfarne kokke og arbejder praktisk sammen med elever fra INUILI. Vi lover, at du g\u00e5r hjem med nye f\u00e6rdigheder og inspiration, som kan bruges til at vise det bedste Gr\u00f8nland har at byde p\u00e5.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Baggrunden for workshoppen er New Arctic Kitchens mange\u00e5rige arbejde med at styrke brugen af lokale r\u00e5varer, enkle teknikker og nordiske madtraditioner i praksis. Mad ses ikke kun som ern\u00e6ring, men som kultur, identitet og et redskab til at skabe f\u00e6llesskaber. S\u00e6rligt i turismesektoren er der et voksende behov for at kunne pr\u00e6sentere lokal mad p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de, der er b\u00e5de tilg\u00e6ngelig, trov\u00e6rdig og gastronomisk st\u00e6rk \u2013 uden at det kr\u00e6ver avanceret udstyr eller komplekse processer. Workshoppen er baseret p\u00e5 denne guide der er st\u00f8ttet af NAPA og Nordisk Ministerr\u00e5d, se <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newarctickitchen.org\/2025\/08\/17\/turn-moments-into-memories\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New Arctic Kitchen<\/a>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong>Kokkene <\/strong><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Gutti Winther er kendt for sit arbejde med lokale ingredienser og sin evne til at g\u00f8re komplekse smage enkle og tilg\u00e6ngelige.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Inunnguaq Hegelund er en af Gr\u00f8nlands mest markante kokke og har i mange \u00e5r arbejdet med at forene gr\u00f8nlandske r\u00e5varer og moderne gastronomi.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Viktor Eriksson fra \u00c5land er kok, fisker og j\u00e6ger og har stor erfaring med nordiske k\u00f8kkener og arbejder med b\u00e6redygtighed, traditioner og smag i \u00f8jenh\u00f8jde.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><strong>Program<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Vi udsender et endeligt program med m\u00f8dested og tidspunkter t\u00e6ttere p\u00e5 workshoppen. Men programmet kommer til at se nogenlunde s\u00e5dan ud:<\/p><p class=\"p1\">22. marts: 3-4 timer hvor der bliver fokus p\u00e5 at lave produkter der fx kan fryses og bruges senere. Der bliver produceret til n\u00e6ste dag.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">23. Marts: 6-7 timer med fokus p\u00e5 r\u00e5varer, historier og servering.
